What we collect

When you request a callback or download a brochure, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the development you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. Our web server also records your IP address for security and to limit automated abuse.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, and send you the material you asked for. If you apply for a home loan through one of our lending partners, we share only what that lender needs to assess your application, and only with your knowledge.

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to three years so we can maintain continuity if you come back to us, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry records are stored on our own hosting with access restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment details or identity documents through this website.
