This website describes residential developments by Ayati Group. We keep it accurate and current, but nothing published here is an offer or a contract. Specifications, layouts, dimensions, pricing and possession dates are confirmed in your booking documentation, and that documentation prevails over anything on this site.

Images and drawings

Photographs may show completed work at other developments. Renders and floor-stack diagrams are artistic impressions intended to communicate scale and density, not measured drawings. Furniture, landscaping and fittings shown are for illustration and are not included unless your agreement says so.

Drive times

Travel times are rounded up from mapped driving routes in light traffic and will vary with conditions.

Pricing

Where a starting price is shown it refers to the lowest-priced unit currently available in that development and is exclusive of statutory charges, registration and taxes unless stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

Home loans

Lending partners listed on this site have approved one or more of our developments for home loan funding. Approval of any individual application is the lender's decision alone. We do not provide financial advice and receive no commission for directing you to a particular lender.
